We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and motivated person to join our team in the concrete precast industry. The position will start on a casual or ABN basis, with the possibility of ongoing full-time employment for the right person. No previous experience is necessary. If you are handy with your hands, physically fit and have a positive, "can-do" attitude, we are happy to teach you the job.

Key responsibilities

- Patching and repairing concrete precast panels
- Applying grout and sealants
- Caulking joints and gaps
- Using hand tools and equipment
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Working as part of a team to complete jobs to a high standard

About you

- Good general fitness and the ability to perform physical work
- A strong work ethic and a positive, "can-do" attitude
- A practical, hands-on approach and willingness to learn




- Reliability and punctuality
- Attention to detail and a commitment to safety
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team
- Valid White Card (Construction Induction Card) - essential requirement
- Driving license and reliable vehicle
- EWP (Elevated Work Platform) ticket - preferred
- Previous experience in construction, concrete patching, grouting or caulking - preferred
- On-the-job training - experience is not essential
- Prospect to learn a practical trade
