About the Role

As a Nursery Hand, you will be involved in the day-to-day operations of a production nursery, assisting with plant care, propagation, and general maintenance to ensure high-quality stock is produced.

Key Responsibilities

- Bulk production of stock including, potting, tubing and spacing of nursery stock
- Watering, fertilising, and general plant care and stock maintenance
- Monitoring plant health and reporting issues
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of work areas
- Strong attention to detail, enjoys repetitive work
- Excellent health and fitness level (role involves manual outdoor work)
- Genuine interest in horticulture and the workplace
- Ability to work effectively within a team

This position is fulltime - 38hrs/week

Monday - Thursday 7.30am - 4.00pm

Friday - 7.30am - 1.30pm
