Previous bridal or menswear experience is an advantage, but not essential. We will provide training to help you develop your product knowledge and succeed in the role.

About the Role

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will play an important role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, achieving sales targets and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the store.

You’ll work with customers to understand their needs, recommend suitable styles and help them find the right outfit for weddings, formal events and other special occasions.

This is a casual position with the potential for future part time or full-time opportunities, depending on business needs and performance.

Please note: Availability to work Saturdays is essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver outstanding customer service and personalised sales assistance.

- Build rapport with customers and confidently guide them through their purchasing decisions.

- Drive sales and work towards achieving and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.





- Maintain excellent product knowledge and stay up to date with current styles and offerings.

- Assist with general store administration and daily operational tasks.

- Contribute to store presentation, merchandising and maintaining a welcoming shopping setting.

- Work collaboratively with the team while demonstrating initiative and the ability to work independently when required.

About You

- Previous retail sales experience and a demonstrated ability to deliver results.

- A strong customer service focus and a genuine passion for helping people.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Confidence in selling, recommending products and building customer relationships.

- A proactive, positive attitude and a strong drive to achieve sales targets.

- Good computer skills and the ability to learn retail systems.

- The ability to work independently and contribute positively to a team.

- A professional presentation and a reliable, flexible approach to work.

- Saturday availability.

Experience in bridal, formalwear or menswear is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
