China Panda Bar & Kitchen in East Perth seeks an experienced restaurant operations manager to lead day-to-day activity, open and close the venue, and work closely with the kitchen team to ensure service excellence.

The role requires 3+ years in hospitality management, a Diploma in Hospitality Management is desirable, and solid leadership, rostering, and cost-control skills. Evening, weekend, and public holiday shifts are expected.
