About the Role

We are looking for a commercially minded finance skilled to join our Delivery team and work directly with customers to understand their existing long-term financial models, data structures, and planning processes, then implement these into Breeze to deliver improved financial planning and reporting outcomes.

This is a hands‑on implementation role. You will take ownership of translating customers’ financial models and requirements into working solutions within Breeze, from analysing existing models and designing the solution through to configuration, testing, implementation and customer training.

What You Will Be Doing

- Analyse customer financial data from existing finance systems, ERP platforms, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
- Partner with customers to understand their financial models, processes, data structures, and desired outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with customers to determine the best approach for implementing their financial models within Breeze.
- Design financial structures, workflows, calculations,



and reporting outputs that align with customer requirements.
- Configure and build financial models, calculations, data structures and reporting outputs within Breeze, taking practical ownership of the implementation.
- Investigate and resolve data, calculation and configuration issues, working through problems to achieve a successful outcome.
- Understand how data flows between finance systems, ERP platforms and Breeze, and work with technical specialists to investigate integration issues and support effective data exchange.
- Create clear documentation including solution designs, process guides, user materials, and training resources.
- Take ownership of implementation activities from initial requirements gathering through to testing, delivery and customer handover, proactively identifying and addressing risks, issues and dependencies.
- Work collaboratively with internal delivery, product and technical teams to resolve issues, improve solutions and deliver positive customer outcomes.
- Support customers in understanding and implementing long‑term financial models, budgets, forecasts and financial planning processes, including financial scenarios and assumptions where relevant.

About You

You’re a commercially minded finance professional who combines strong financial analysis and modelling capability with a practical,



hands‑on approach to systems implementation and customer consulting.

You enjoy understanding complex financial models, working with data and systems, and translating customer requirements into practical solutions.

You take ownership of your work, seeing projects through from understanding requirements to implementing, testing and delivering a working solution.

You are organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple projects and competing priorities while working collaboratively with customers and internal technical teams.

Experience in local government or the broader public sector is highly desirable, particularly an understanding of long‑term financial planning, modelling and reporting, although experience in other complex organisations will also be considered.

What You Will Bring

- Strong financial analysis and modelling capability, including experience with budgets, forecasts and financial reporting.
- The ability to understand complex financial models, data structures, systems and business requirements.
- Experience with financial systems, ERP platforms or business software implementation, including system configuration, testing or improvement.
- An understanding of system integrations, APIs and data flows, with the ability to investigate issues and work with technical specialists to resolve them.
- Strong customer consulting, communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to translate finance requirements into practical solutions.
- The ability to take ownership of implementation activities, coordinate deliverables and manage multiple customer projects and competing deadlines. <
