BaptistCare NSW & ACT is seeking a Clinical Manager for Balladong Gardens. You’ll lead protected, high‑quality, person‑centred care and guide a team to deliver meaningful living for residents in a regional setting with two dedicated days weekly and potential cross-site leadership at Kalkarni near Brookton.

You’ll oversee clinical and allied health services, drive assessment and care planning, ensure AN‑ACC and standards compliance, and strengthen governance while fostering continuous improvement.
