The opportunity

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Accounts Administrator who enjoys keeping things organised, solving problems and helping a busy team run smoothly. You’ll work closely with our finance and administration colleagues on the day-to-day accounts activities that keep our services operating effectively.

What you’ll be doing

- Preparing, processing and following up invoices, payments and outstanding accounts.
- Supporting accounts payable, contractor invoices and supplier payments.
- Completing with bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records.




- Processing payroll administration and related records, as needed.
- Processing healthcare invoices and claims, including NDIS and aged care billing portals.
- Investigating billing queries and liaising with clinicians, contractors and service providers.
- Maintaining spreadsheets, reports and documentation; helping improve everyday processes.

What you’ll bring

- Experience in accounts administration, bookkeeping, payroll or a similar role.
- Confidence using Xero (or comparable accounting software) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent accuracy, organisation, time management and attention to detail.
- Clear, friendly communication and the ability to work independently in a remote team.
- A trustworthy, professional approach to confidential information.
- Bonus points if you have experience with Halaxy, allied health, NDIS or aged care invoicing — but this is not essential.

Additional Requirements

Applicants must have valid Australian working rights and hold, or be willing to obtain, an NDIS Worker Screening Check.
