We are seeking an experienced Leading Hand / Project Manager to oversee multiple bathroom renovation projects and ensure they are delivered on time, on budget, and to our high quality standards.

About the Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will manage 6–8 bathroom renovation projects per month at various stages of completion across Greater Sydney.

Responsibilities include:

- Reviewing plans and project scope before commencement

- Coordinating materials, deliveries, and trade sequencing

- Communicating with clients throughout the project lifecycle

- Managing variations, estimating costs, and obtaining client approvals

- Supervising and coordinating subcontractors





- Conducting quality inspections throughout the project

- Managing project timelines and resolving site issues

- Reporting on project progress

- Completing minor touch-ups and defect rectification as required

Standard hours are 7:30am – 3:30pm, however some flexibility may be required to respond to customer or site-related issues.

About You

You will ideally have a trade background and previous experience managing residential renovation projects.

To be successful, you will have:

- Strong project management and organisational skills

- Experience coordinating multiple trades and projects simultaneously

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Robust problem-solving abilities

- High attention to detail and quality workmanship standards

- Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications

- Experience following and improving systems and processes

- Understanding of residential renovation construction methods

- Ability to quantify and enter ordering information for materials

Essential Requirements

- Current NSW Driver's Licence

- Ability to use Microsoft Office, email, and smartphone applications

- Experience using WhatsApp for communication and taking site photos

- Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)

- Full working rights in Australia
