Customer Service Representative - Office Furniture

We are seeking a customer-focused, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team, specialising in responding to online enquiries, preparing quotes, and processing orders.

The Role:

You’ll be the first point of contact for our online customers, ensuring they receive prompt, accurate, and friendly service. Your responsibilities will include:

- Responding to website, email, and live chat enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Preparing accurate and competitive quotes based on customer needs




- Processing online orders and ensuring all details are correct before dispatch
- Liaising with suppliers, warehouse, and delivery teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Following up on quotes to convert opportunities into sales
- Maintaining accurate customer records in our CRM system
- Providing product information, availability, and delivery timelines to customers
- Supporting the sales team with administrative and service tasks

About You:

We're looking for someone who is:

- Customer-focused - passionate about delivering great service and building relationships
- Organised & detail-driven - able to manage multiple tasks without missing the small stuff
- Tech-savvy - comfortable using CRM systems, email, and Microsoft Office (experience with eCommerce platforms like WooCommerce is an advantage)
- A robust communicator - clear, friendly, and professional in both written and verbal communication
- Proactive - able to follow up leads, resolve issues, and take ownership of tasks

Preferred experience:

- Previous experience in a customer service, sales support, or admin role (ideally in retail, eCommerce, or similar)
- Exposure to quoting and order processing
- Knowledge of office furniture products is a bonus but not essential - full training provided
