A&D; Representative - Commercial Interior product

You'll run commercial business development across Brisbane and Queensland. Your week is spent with architects, interior designers, builders, fitout contractors and developers. You find projects early and carry them from the first conversation through specification, quote, negotiation and delivery. It's a mix of new business and growing an existing commercial client base. You'll report to the Commercial Manager, with a Brisbane CBD base and plenty of time out in the market.

Key responsibilities

Run commercial business development across Brisbane and Queensland

Engage with architects, interior designers, builders, fitout contractors and developers

Find projects early and carry them from first conversation through specification, quote, negotiation and delivery

Develop current business and grow existing commercial client base

About you

A&D; or specification sales experience in interior products (flooring, tiles, lighting, furniture, joinery, wall finishes,



acoustics or window furnishings)

Commercial project sales experience into builders, fitout contractors and developers, where you've held a spec through to site

Experience as electrical, building products or commercial furniture rep with a Brisbane A&D; network

Understanding of how a commercial interior gets specified and delivered in Brisbane

Existing relationships with Brisbane architects and designers are a plus

The commercial side of the business is growing and they want someone to own Queensland.
