Wolters Kluwer seeks an experienced Customer Success Manager (Strategic Accounts) to manage a portfolio of enterprise customers across Australia and Recent Zealand. You will own relationships with executive sponsors, driving value, adoption and long-term outcomes.

In this role you will blend strategic customer success leadership with a commercial mindset, leading EBRs, monitoring health, renewals and expansions, and collaborating with Sales, Product and Support to maximise customer outcomes.
