About Our Client:

Our Client is a lively individual who enjoys joking around and does not take life too seriously. He stays active by regularly attending the gym and hydrotherapy sessions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a confident demeanor,



a love for board games, and an interest in watching the occasional football game. Flexible availability is an added bonus.

Role Responsibilities:

- Personal Care: Assist with personal care tasks and meal preparation.

- Daily Living Skills: Support the Client in building daily living skills.

- Community Access: Help the Client attend Allied Health appointments and other planned activities.

Requirements:

- Valid Licence and Vehicle: A valid driver's licence, registered vehicle, and comprehensive insurance are required.

- Experience with Wheelchairs: The Client is a wheelchair user, so experience with manual handling and a good understanding of powerchairs and manual wheelchairs is essential.

We are looking for a Disability Support Worker who can assist with supporting this really lovely Client on Wednesdays & Fridays from 6:45am to 4:45pm with the potential to pick up additional shifts during the week & on weekends.

You will have support in your role via a comprehensive care plan and support from our awesome Support Specialist team.
