About the Role

As Practice Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the practice, including staff leadership, financial performance, business development, compliance, accreditation, patient experience, and operational efficiency.



Practice Managers play a critical role in the success and growth of a medical practice, overseeing areas such as human resources, finance, marketing, risk management, and business operations.

Essential Requirements

- Previous experience as a Practice Manager within General Practice

- Strong working knowledge of:

- Best Practice Software

- Cubiko

- HotDoc

- Tyro

- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams

- Demonstrated experience managing practice finances, billing, and operational performance

- Strong understanding of Medicare, accreditation, and compliance requirements

- Excellent communication and people management skills

- Ability to identify opportunities for growth and implement business improvement strategies

- High level of initiative and accountability

- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
