Medical Receptionists – Junior & Senior | Eastwood, Surry Hills & Kirribilli

We are expanding and looking for Junior and Senior Medical Receptionists to join our friendly teams across Eastwood, Surry Hills, and Kirribilli. Casual and part-time roles available.

About the Role

- Welcome patients and manage front desk enquiries
- Handle appointment bookings and patient records
- Assist with general admin (filing, data entry, correspondence)
- Support doctors, nurses, and the Practice Manager
- Deliver excellent customer service every day

What We're Looking For

- Senior: 1+ year medical reception or customer service experience with opportunities to advance into a 2IC position.
- Junior: Training provided




- Strong communication and computer skills
- Proficiency in Best Practice software is preferred but not essential
- Reliable, skilled, and able to multitask
- Genuine interest in healthcare and patient care
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Excellent phone manner
- Bilingual fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) with excellent verbal communication skills is preferred but not essential
- Flexibility to work weekend shifts as required.
