We are seeking experienced Process Workers to join a busy food manufacturing site in Smithfield.

Shifts: 3 days per week (may increase or decrease depending on demand)

- Day shift: 6AM- 2PM

Pay Rate: $40.2 per hour

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor production machinery.
- Prepare batches and feed packaging materials into machines.
- Perform quality checks and maintain production flow.
- Perform repetitive manual handling, including lifting, bending and reaching, and stand for extended periods.
- Use pallet jacks, safety knives and weighing equipment.
- Follow workplace safety procedures when working around forklifts and moving machinery.

Requirements

- Previous machine operating experience.
- Ability to work in a cold environment.
- Availability to work on Monday- Sunday




- Ability to perform repetitive manual handling tasks.
- Own transport
