ACH Group is seeking a Social Connections Coordinator to design and run social and wellbeing experiences for older South Australians. You’ll coordinate activities, liaise with volunteers and partners, and help participants stay connected and active in their communities.

Based in Rostrevor, this full time role offers creative leadership, opportunities to launch new programs, and a supportive not-for-profit environment focused on wellbeing and inclusion.
