Hughes Engineering is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead a FIFO crew across client mine sites in Kalgoorlie-Boulder and the Goldfields. You will manage in office scopes from mobilisation through handover, ensuring safety and quality with the support of the Kalgoorlie workshop.
The role reports to the Projects Manager and Managing Director, with a strong pipeline of SMP projects and long-term stability. A focused leader with Site QA/QC and team mentoring will thrive here.
