We’re looking for a confident, energetic and results-driven Sales Professional/ to join our rapidly growing team at Privé Hair & Makeup.

As one of Australia’s leading mobile hair and makeup agencies, we deliver premium beauty experiences for weddings, special occasions, corporate events and luxury brands nationwide.

With over 100 professional artists across Australia and a consistent flow of incoming enquiries, we’re looking for someone who knows how to turn conversations into confirmed bookings.

Our clients are already coming to us. Your job is to connect with them, build relationships, create excitement and close the sale.

THE ROLE

This is a dedicated, fast-paced sales position where you’ll take ownership of warm inbound enquiries and convert them into revenue.

Your responsibilities include:

- Responding to warm inbound sales enquiries via phone, email and CRM.
- Converting bridal, event and corporate enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Building rapport with prospective clients and confidently recommending our services.
- Managing your own sales pipeline and following up consistently.
- Allocating bookings strategically to our nationwide team of 100
- Preparing quotes, overcoming objections and closing sales.
- Achieving individual sales targets and conversion KPIs.
- Delivering an exceptional client experience from the first conversation through to booking.

Whilst systems, organisation and administrative etiquette are key, We are looking for a genuine salesperson who loves achieving results

You’re someone who genuinely enjoys selling, thrives in a busy environment and gets excited about exceeding targets.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

- Proven sales experience with a strong track record of converting leads.
- Exceptional communication skills and confidence on the phone.
- A natural ability to build rapport and establish trust.
- A proactive approach to following up and closing opportunities.
- Strong organisational skills and experience managing a sales pipeline.
- A positive, competitive and results-driven attitude.
- Confidence using CRM systems and digital communication platforms.
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Experience in weddings, events, beauty or luxury services is an advantage, but sales ability, personality and drive are what matter most.
