Specialist Medical & Therapy Solutions (SMTS) is seeking passionate Paediatricians, including newly qualified Fellows and advanced trainees nearing completion of their fellowship, to join our established multidisciplinary specialist practice in one of Sydney's fastest-growing regions.

We understand that the transition from advanced training to independent specialist practice can be challenging. Our experienced team provides the administrative support, mentoring and practice infrastructure to help you build your private practice with confidence.

Whether you’re completing your final year of training, recently achieved Fellowship or are an established Paediatrician seeking additional private consulting opportunities, we welcome your interest.

About you

We are particularly interested in hearing from:

- General Paediatricians holding FRACP.
- Final-year Paediatric Medicine advanced trainees approaching completion of their fellowship.
- Newly qualified Paediatricians looking to establish their first private practice.
- Established Paediatricians interested in expanding their private consulting opportunities.

Applicants must hold, or be on track to obtain, the relevant specialist qualification and specialist registration in Australia before commencing independent specialist practice.

We are seeking Paediatricians who are passionate about providing high-quality, patientcentred care and value collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
