Sage Support Coordination is based in Torquay on the Surf Coast.

Support Coordinators with Sage are provided with a mobile phone and laptop to enable them to be able to work effectively from the office, home, or with a participant in the community.

an outstanding commitment to people,

sound knowledge of the NDIS,

previous experience as a Support Coordinator, min 1 year experience

Experience in SIL or Mental Health Highly regarded

enjoys working in a fast-paced setting.
