An established law firm based on Adelaide’s city fringe, offering a broad range of legal services and a strong focus on client relationships.

With an existing client base and an established team, the firm is looking for someone to lead its conveyancing function, develop recent business and help grow the practice.

Position

An opportunity for an experienced conveyancer ready to step into a senior leadership role, managing a team of 3 while continuing to build client relationships and develop new business. You will oversee files with matters spanning residential, commercial, rural property and land divisions.





A key part of the role will be bringing in new clients, building relationships with referral partners and growing your own network. This role would suit someone who enjoys working with clients, has an interest in business development and is ready to take the lead in a growing conveyancing practice.

Criteria

- 3+ years conveyancing experience
- Registered conveyancer preferred; experienced unregistered candidates will also be considered
- Experience across residential conveyancing, with commercial, rural and land division experience highly regarded
- Previous team leadership experience or the ability to lead a team of 3
- Confident building referral relationships and bringing in new business
