The Position:

- Organizing and attending open for inspections and responding to property inquiries
- Processing applications and reference check tenants
- Liaising with landlords and tenants
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance and liaising with tradespeople
- Assisting with ingoing/outgoing and routine inspections and preparing condition reports
- Manage lease negotiations and sign-ups

The Person:

- Previous experience within the real estate industry
- Robust written & verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
- An optimistic attitude
- Exceptional time management & organizational skills
- The ability to work well under pressure
- A high standard of personal presentation
