About therole:

We areseeking a motivated Licensed Surveyor with TMR experience to join our growing team in Queensland.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced project manager / licensedsurveyor to play a crucial delivery role in a wide range of land developmentprojects.

KeyResponsibilities

- Manage complete projectlifecycle from tender to delivery, including budget control
- Client liaison and stakeholderrelationship management
- Maintain and grow existingclient relationships while developing recent business opportunities
- Coordinate surveying tasks andfield staff




- Mentor junior team members
- Strong knowledge of QLD planningand surveying regulations
- Excellent communication andproject leadership skills
- Licensed Surveyor with currentpractising certificate
- Current driver's license andvalid Australian working rights
