About the position

Council’s Technology and InnovationDepartment is looking for a Senior Project Managerwho will be responsible for leading strategic technology and organisation improvement initiatives.

The main responsibilities will include:

- Development of project plans, schedules, governance artefacts, risk registers and implementation strategies to ensure successful project delivery
- Coordinate project resources, stakeholders and vendors to ensure projects are delivered effectively and sustainably.
- Contribute to ongoing improvement of Council's project delivery, business analysis and governance practices

About you

As the successful candidate you will have:

- Understanding of project governance, procurement, risk management and change management principles
- Understanding of contemporary technology environments and digital service delivery
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language
- Strong business analysis and process improvement capability

This position is aBand 7A currently remunerated at$111,878.12per annum, plus superannuation. Overtime will also be paid as required.
