What You’ll Be Doing:

Full contract administration from procurement to close-out





Managing subcontracts, claims, variations, and progress payments

Working alongside Project Managers and Site teams to keep projects on time and on budget

Supporting project reporting, forecasting, and compliance

Adding commercial value to projects by spotting risks and opportunities early

What We’re Looking For:

2–6+ years’ experience as a CA in construction, property, infrastructure or related sectors

Strong understanding of contract administration, cost control and compliance

Jobpac (or similar system) experience is highly regarded

Excellent communication skills and the confidence to hold your own with subcontractors and stakeholders

A team player who’s ambitious, proactive, and ready for the next step
