THE TRUSTEE FOR DOLPHIN WELLNESS UNIT TRUST in Epping NSW is seeking a Community Services Coordinator to join our team on a permanent full time basis (38 hours per week). This coordination and case management role focuses on assessing client needs, developing service plans and coordinating supports for NDIS participants and older adults receiving aged care services.

You will liaise with clients, families and professionals, ensure service quality and compliance with NDIS and aged care standards,
