We are looking for a progressive, experienced Mental Health Manager to lead our Supported Living Mental and Physical Health Recovery Service in Liverpool, supporting up to 26 adults and overseeing our community Outreach team. You will guide a committed team of Recovery Support Workers to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred recovery and rehabilitation support.
In this leadership role, you will ensure the smooth and effective running of the service, provide strong staff direction and maintain a positive, inclusive setting where people can build independence, confidence and meaningful community connections. You will work closely with local professionals and agencies to deliver holistic, wrap‑around support and champion service user involvement at every stage of their recovery journey.
