SA Health is seeking a Community Services Coordinator for Port Lincoln and the Lower Eyre Peninsula. The role leads delivery of the Support at Home and Commonwealth Home Support programs, ensuring services meet targets and are person-centred.

The position requires experience in home and community care, supervising staff, and delivering program planning with a focus on older adults, disability users, and carers. IT proficiency with Office 365/Teams is desirable.
