We're looking for someone early in their career who enjoys working with people, has a commercial mindset and is looking for an opportunity where they can learn, develop and build a long-term career.
You might currently be working in sales, customer service, a contact centre, account management, hospitality or another customer-facing environment and be ready to take the skills you've already developed into a professional career.
You'll work closely with experienced recruiters who will train and support you across the full recruitment lifecycle. You'll learn how to source and engage candidates, understand different businesses and roles, build professional relationships and manage recruitment processes. As your experience and confidence grow, there will be plenty of opportunity to take on more responsibility and develop into a Recruitment Consultant.
This is a genuinely hands-on role. You'll be speaking with candidates, supporting live roles and getting exposure to the commercial side of recruitment, while having plenty of support around you as you learn.

What you'll be doing

- Sourcing and engaging candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and our existing networks
- Speaking with candidates and learning how to understand their experience, motivations and career goals
- Screening CVs and conducting initial candidate interviews
- Supporting consultants across live roles
- Preparing candidate profiles and shortlists for clients
- Coordinating interviews and helping keep recruitment processes moving
- Building relationships with candidates and staying connected with the market
- Learning how to manage feedback, offers and placements
- Developing your understanding of the markets we recruit across
- Building the skills and experience to progress into a Recruitment Consultant role

You may have experience in sales, customer service, a contact centre, hospitality, retail, account management or another people-focused role.
