Australian meat company in Melbourne is seeking an experienced butcher to join our team. You will be responsible for deboning, cutting, trimming and preparing beef and pork products to meet orders with high hygiene standards.

Applicants must have proven butcher experience, be reliable, and capable of early morning starts from 4:30am, with a Monday to Friday schedule and occasional Saturdays.
