Maestro Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced Casual Pizzaiolo for our Cibaria Manly kitchen, opposite Manly Beach. The role focuses on dough production, fermentation, stretching, and pizza cooking to our venue standards.

Candidates should demonstrate 1–3 years’ Pizzaiolo experience in a skilled kitchen, strong food-safety knowledge, and the ability to work under pressure in a busy environment including weekends and holidays.
