The Branksome Hotel & Residences in Mascot, NSW, is seeking a full time F&B; Supervisor to oversee restaurant, bar, banqueting and in-room dining operations. This is a hands-on role, including opening/closing, stock ordering, rostering, service oversight and cash handling to ensure smooth outlet performance.

Ideal candidates will have multifaceted F&B; supervisory experience, plus mixology skills, strong administration and communication abilities, and valid RSA.
