Located in Waroona, Western Australia, Quambie Park is an established aged care provider with over 40 years of experience supporting older Australians in regional communities. In this rewarding role, you will play a vital part in delivering high standards of clinical care to our residents. You will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team to assess resident needs, develop and implement care plans, and ensure a safe and supportive environment for everyone in our care.

Key responsibilities
for this position typically include:
* Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive clinical care for aged care residents.




* Administering medications and treatments in accordance with facility policies and professional standards.
* Supervising, guiding, and supporting care staff to maintain high-quality service delivery.
* Communicating effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals regarding care updates and health needs.
* Maintaining accurate, up-to-date clinical documentation and resident records.
* Promoting a person-centred culture that respects the dignity, independence, and choices of older Australians.
To be successful in this role, you must hold current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA). A genuine passion for aged care, strong clinical assessment skills, and the ability to work effectively in a regional community setting are essential.
