From our headquarters in Perth, we design and manufacture products that are installed in homes and buildings across Australia and internationally. Innovation, continuous improvement and great people have always been at the centre of what we do.

We're now looking for an exceptional Wholesale Operations Manager to help lead and coordinate a diverse range of operational functions across our business.

This is not a traditional warehouse management role. It's a hand-on leadership role for somebody who enjoys working with people, solving problems, improving processes and ensuring multiple teams are working together effectively. You'll help coordinate the daily activities of our stores, dispatch, sheetmetal, plastics assembly, duct lagging, logistics and customer-facing operational teams, ensuring customers receive the service and support they're known for.

Most importantly, we're looking for the right person. Technical and operational experience is important, but who you are, how you communicate and how you work with others matters even more.

About the role

You’ll work closely with operational leaders and teams across the business to ensure work is prioritised effectively, resources are allocated appropriately and customers receive exceptional service. You’ll spend time learning the business from the ground up, including hand-on exposure to front counter and customer service operations, developing a practical understanding of how each part of the business contributes to overall success.



This is a hand-on leadership role for somebody who enjoys working with people, solving problems, improving processes and ensuring multiple teams are working together effectively. You’ll help coordinate the daily activities of stores, dispatch, sheetmetal, plastics assembly, duct lagging, logistics and customer-facing operational teams, ensuring customers receive the service and support they’re known for.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinating activities across multiple operational departments

Supporting and working closely with team leaders across manufacturing, warehousing and dispatch functions

Monitoring workflow, priorities and operational performance

Managing customer liaison and helping resolve operational issues

Coordinating labour and resource allocation across teams to achieve business objectives

Working with drivers, warehouse staff and operational leaders to ensure smooth daily operations

Monitoring stock levels and helping ensure product availability for customer demand

Driving consistency, accountability, safety and process compliance

Identifying improvement opportunities and helping implement practical solutions

Supporting a culture of teamwork, communication and continuous improvement

About You

Technical capability matters, but who you are matters even more.

We’re looking for somebody who is naturally organised,



highly communicative and genuinely enjoys working with people. You’ll be comfortable managing multiple priorities, building strong relationships across teams and remaining calm when things become busy.

Experience We'd Like to See

You don’t necessarily need experience across every part of our operation, but experience in some of the following would be highly regarded:

· Operations management;

· Warehouse and distribution environments;

· Manufacturing or industrial businesses;

· Inventory and stock control;

· Logistics and dispatch coordination;

· Customer service or customer-facing operations;

· Team leadership and cross-functional coordination;

· Process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.

Experience within manufacturing, engineering, mechanical, industrial, HVAC or related industries would be advantageous.
