This is a dual-desk role across NSW Government temp and Banking & Financial Services perm, with an established desk and existing contractor book ready to take over.

What they’re looking for:

This role would suit someone who enjoys the relationship-building and commercial side of recruitment, rather than simply working from job briefs.

You’ll ideally be someone who:

- Has agency recruitment experience across temp, perm or both
- Is confident speaking with clients and candidates and enjoys building relationships
- Is comfortable with business development and identifying opportunities
- Is proactive and enjoys taking ownership of a desk
- Is motivated by growing a market rather than just managing existing vacancies
- Has a positive, collaborative approach and enjoys being part of a team
- Is adaptable and willing to learn. You don't need to know these markets already

The team is open on level, so this could suit a Resourcer looking to step into a more consultative role through to an experienced Senior Consultant.

Most importantly, they’re looking for someone with the right attitude, commercial mindset and desire to build something.
