CNC in The Rocks, NSW is seeking a Duty Manager to lead a high performing team at Cruise Bar & Restaurant, overseeing a busy, licensed venue with a superb harbour view. This hands-on, rapid paced role focuses on guest experience, staff development and seamless operations.

You will coach staff, manage rosters, ensure RSA and RCG compliance, and communicate clearly across the team to drive service excellence.
