The University of Wollongong (UOW) is seeking a People Advisor to act as the first point of contact for managers and staff on employee lifecycle matters. Working in People & Culture, you will provide timely, accurate, solutions‑focused advice while ensuring compliance with university policies, Enterprise Agreements and industrial obligations.

You will collaborate with People Partners and teams to deliver responsive, people‑centred services across the campus, with responsibilities including
