At Uniting Early Learning The Gap, we’re looking for a Casual Lead Educator to join our passionate and experienced team.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Educator who enjoys taking the lead, supporting others and creating meaningful learning experiences, while still enjoying the flexibility that comes with casual work.

About Your Role

- Lead play-based learning programs aligned with EYLF and QKLG
- Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
- Mentor and collaborate with educators to bring out their best
- Build strong, respectful relationships with families and children




- Step into the Responsible Person role when required
- Contribute to the warm, welcoming culture of our centre

Requirements

About You:

You’ll bring:

- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care , or ACECQA-approved equivalent, or be working towards your Diploma
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF, QKLG and National Quality Framework
- Confidence in documenting and assessing children’s learning
- Strong communication, collaboration and leadership skills
- Current Blue Card
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
- A genuine passion for supporting children to learn, grow and thrive
