The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Foreman to join our passionate team. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will lead day-to-day in office operations, manage and drive the construction program, and ensure high standards of quality and workmanship. You will work closely with a dedicated Contracts Administrator and Leading Hand to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications and schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day on-site operations and coordinate daily activities for commercial fit-out projects across Retail, Office, Hospitality, and Medical sectors
- Ensure all construction works are delivered in compliance with Australian Standards, project specifications, and contractual requirements
- Implement, monitor, and maintain robust quality control processes to achieve high standards of workmanship
- Manage and enforce QSE (Quality, Safety, and Environmental) systems, ensuring full site compliance at all times




- Establish, manage, and maintain efficient site operations from project commencement through completion
- Manage construction programs and schedules, coordinating trades to achieve key milestones
- Coordinate design information on-site and ensure alignment with approved drawings and project requirements
- Effectively manage subcontractors and suppliers to optimise productivity and performance
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
- Travel interstate to project sites as required to support project delivery and business operations

What You’ll Bring

- Minimum of 3 years’ proven local experience in a Site Foreman role, ideally within commercial fit-out projects
- Demonstrated ability to read, interpret, and coordinate construction drawings and specifications
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and on-site workflows
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and relationship-driven approach to project delivery and team coordination
