About the role

Join an Australian-owned healthcare technology company as our Marketing and Communications Manager. You'll turn marketing strategy into consistent communications, well-run industry events and practical sales support, delivering quality work on time and within agreed budgets.

What you'll do

- Planning: Turn strategic priorities into quarterly plans and an activity calendar, managing briefs, deadlines and budgets
- Communications: Write, edit and coordinate customer communications, newsletters, website content, case studies and social posts
- Conferences: Manage sponsorships, stands, suppliers and onsite delivery, and coordinate enquiry follow-up with sales
- Sales support: Deliver brochures, product information, case studies and presentation materials, keeping approved content current
- Launches: Coordinate communications, digital updates and collateral,



tracking dependencies and escalating risks
- People and suppliers: Coach the Product Marketing Executive and manage agencies, designers and other suppliers
- Reporting: Track activity, spend, campaign response and event outcomes, and recommend improvements

About you

- 5-10 years of marketing or communications experience, with evidence of independent delivery
- Strong B2B marketing experience and an understanding of sales needs
- Excellent writing and editing skills, including making technical information transparent
- Practical experience delivering conferences, exhibitions or comparable events
- Experience managing a junior colleague or coordinating agencies and suppliers
- Strong project management, prioritisation and budget tracking skills
- Working knowledge of website content systems, email marketing, social publishing, CRM tools and reporting
- Healthcare or medical technology experience is desirable
