We are looking for a passionate and reliable Production Chef to join our NSW team on a casual basis.

About the opportunity

As a Production Chef, you’ll play an important role in preparing and producing high-quality, nutritious meals in a busy catering environment. This role is ideal for a Chef who understands that food needs to be not only delicious, but also safe, nutritious and appropriate for each individual’s needs. A sound understanding of Texture Modified Food is essential,



including the ability to prepare meals to the required texture and consistency while maintaining quality, presentation and food safety standards.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Preparing and cooking meals in accordance with menus, recipes and dietary requirements.
- Preparing and producing Texture Modified Meals to the required standards.
- Ensuring consistency in texture, portion size, quality and presentation.
- Following food safety, hygiene and HACCP procedures.
- Working efficiently within a busy production kitchen.
- Maintaining a clean, protected and organised kitchen environment.
- Working collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to ensure meals are prepared and delivered on time.
- Taking pride in the quality and presentation of every meal you prepare.
