Experience Gold Coast is seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager for a 12‑month fixed-term contract. You will own the technology workplace across multiple sites, leading IT operations, cybersecurity and business systems while coordinating with a managed service provider and suppliers.

You will drive roadmaps, manage incidents, and champion the adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot and enterprise AI tools, ensuring security, reliability and performance across HOTA, Student Hub and Broadbeach.
