We’re expanding the team and looking for a proactive and people-focused People Support Centre Lead to join us in delivering exceptional service and support to our employees across the country.

About the Role:

In this key role, you will be responsible for managing and continuously improving the delivery of HR shared services across the business. You will lead the People Support Centre (PSC) team to ensure high-quality, accurate, and consistent service delivery to employees and managers while driving process excellence, compliance, and team capability development.

You will also partner closely with internal stakeholders and the broader People & Capability team to ensure a seamless employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle. This role is both strategic and hands‑on, requiring strong leadership, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management to maintain operational efficiency and foster a culture of service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the PSC team to deliver high-quality, timely and professional HR support.
- Establish clear performance standards, monitor workloads, and ensure service levels are met.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability.
- Support team development through mentoring, skills enhancement and progression opportunities.
- Oversee all PSC operations including onboarding, offboarding, employment contracts, lifecycle changes, and HR data management.
- Monitor and review performance metrics, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve quality.




- Oversee generation and quality assurance of reports, including onboarding metrics, compliance checks, and employee lifecycle summaries.
- Provide reporting insights and analysis to inform HR planning, workforce initiatives and continuous improvement.
- Lead initiatives to optimise HR processes, tools, and workflows to enhance service efficiency and employee experience.
- Champion the use of HR systems, data integrity, and digital solutions within the PSC.
- Review and maintain up‑to‑date process documentation, ensuring alignment with broader HR frameworks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to resolve issues, identify trends, and maintain service excellence.

Skills and Experience:

- Significant experience in HR shared services or operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement and HR service delivery within a medium to large organisation.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field will be highly regarded.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with proven experience managing HR operational teams.
- Deep understanding of HR processes, shared services operations, and employee lifecycle administration.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills.
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
- Proficiency in HRIS, ticketing systems, and reporting tools.
