NSW Department of Communities and Justice – Homes NSW is seeking an Asset Performance Supervisor in Campbelltown. The role is temporary up to six months with the possibility of extension, coordinating the program of works and managing inspections to support productive asset management.
You will lead Asset Performance Officers, oversee maintenance program estimation and contractor negotiations, monitor compliance, budgeting, and forecasting, and attend field inspections as required.
