The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Financial Adviser with strong technical expertise and commercial acumen to provide tailored financial advice and identify opportunities to expand the practice’s business. You’ll take an active role in developing new client relationships, building referral networks and supporting clients across their financial journey. This role is ideal for an adviser who combines a client-first approach with the drive to grow a successful advisory portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationships & Advice

- Manage and develop client relationships,



providing tailored financial advice aligned with clients’ financial goals.
- Conduct regular client reviews and provide ongoing advice and support.
- Build trust with clients through proactive communication and a personalised approach.

Business Development

- Generate new business through referrals, professional networks and Centres of Influence.
- Identify opportunities to expand the client base and grow recurring revenue.
- Develop new qualified connections and drive business growth across regional NSW and surrounding communities.

Compliance & Professional Standards

- Stay current on markets, economic trends and legislative changes.
- Ensure all advice complies with regulatory requirements, professional standards and ongoing education obligations.
- Work collaboratively with the broader team to support quality advice delivery and the continued growth of the practice.

About You

- Ideally 8+ years of experience as a Financial Adviser.
- Experience advising regional clients, business owners and high-net-worth families is highly regarded.
- Currently registered on the ASIC Financial Advisers Register, with relevant qualifications and up-to-date authorisations.
- Strong technical knowledge of financial planning, investments, superannuation and retirement planning.
- Proven ability to build client relationships and generate new business.
- Strong commercial acumen and a proactive approach to business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a broader team.
