The Role

Agri Labour Australia is seeking two experienced High Reach Forklift Operator to join a busy cold storage and warehousing operation in Derrimut, Victoria. Working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, you'll support the protected movement of goods between warehouse, loadout and cold storage areas, helping keep daily operations running smoothly.

This hands-on role involves regular forklift operations, truck loading and unloading, stock handling and moving between ambient warehouse areas and freezer environments operating at temperatures down to -20°C.

Key Responsibilities

You’ll play an important role in ensuring products are received, moved, stored and dispatched safely and efficiently. Working alongside warehouse and transport teams,



you’ll help maintain accurate stock movements, safe loading practices and high operational standards.

- Operating high-reach forklifts to move, store and retrieve pallets within warehouse and freezer areas
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring products are secure and handled correctly
- Move, stack, stage and organise pallets for storage and dispatch
- Work between warehouse and freezer environments operating down to -20°C
- Assist with product receivals, order preparation and dispatch activities
- Check product quantities, pallet labels and storage locations to maintain stock accuracy
- Operating forklifts in high-racking storage areas, ensuring correct pallet placement and retrieval
- Use RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems where required
- Complete daily forklift pre-start inspections and report any equipment faults
- Support stock rotation, pallet management and general warehouse duties
- Carry out manual handling and housekeeping tasks as required
- Follow workplace health and safety, food safety and cold-chain procedures
