With a strong heritage and future focused approach, we are seeking an experienced and commercially driven General Manager to lead our business through its next phase of growth. This is a senior leadership role for a hands-on executive with strong operational, financial, and strategic management expertise within manufacturing, engineering, fabrication and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic leadership and direction for all aspects of the business
- Develop and execute growth strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Lead manufacturing, production, engineering, sales and administration teams
- Drive operational efficiency, productivity improvements, and cost control initiatives
- Ensure the achievement of financial targets, budgets, and profitability objectives




- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, suppliers and industry stakeholders
- Lead, mentor and develop management and operational teams
- Oversee quality systems, workplace health and safety, and regulatory compliance
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, products and markets
- Foster a culture of safety, accountability, continuous improvement and customer focus

The ideal candidate will possess:

- Proven experience in a General Manger or Senior Management role
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of business growth and profitability improvement
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Solid operational and supply chain management expertise
- Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on leadership approach
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing or a related discipline will be highly regarded
