Due to our continued growth we are now searching for a recruitment resourcer to support our busy national recruitment team based in our Clayton office. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing hands on operational support across the recruitment lifecycle. This role is a fantastic opportunity for entry into the world of recruitment providing you with the full exposure and understanding of the end-to-end process.

The duties, including but not limited to:

Advertising roles and managing candidate applications

screening and shortlisting candidates

Supporting our recruitment consultants with day-to-day recruitment activities

Candidate management, ensuring onboarding and compliance

Responding to client and candidate communication





Coordinating and conducting interviews

About you

You will be highly organised, have excellent time management, thrive in a fast paced workplace along with:

Excellent communication and attention to detail

Strong administration and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at one time

Team focused with a can-do attitude

Willing to learn and take on challenges

Recruitment experience highly advantageous but not essential for the right candidate - training will be provided.

Hours are Monday to Friday - 8.30am to 5pm - immediate start
