Ambulance Victoria is seeking an Adult Retrieval Victoria (ARV) Resourcing Officer to efficiently fill ARV shift vacancies and support rostering duties. The role is full time, two-year fixed term with hybrid options and a required presence at ARV headquarters in Essendon Fields.
Reporting to the Operations Manager ARV, you will coordinate rostering, manage shift changes, support planning, and maintain up-to-date roster data while aligning with awards and enterprise agreements.
