Castle Hill Gymnastics is one of Australia's leading gymnastics clubs, offering competitive Men's and Women's Gymnastics programs alongside a wide range of recreational classes including Kindergym, Recreational Gymnastics, Acro, Teen & Adult Gymnastics, Fitter for Life and programs for participants with additional needs.

Due to continued growth within our Men's Gymnastics program, we are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Intermediate / Advanced Men's Gymnastics Coach to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a highly qualified coaching team and our High Performance Coach, supporting the development of competitive Men's Gymnastics athletes in a positive, professional and athlete-centered environment.

The position is currently casual but can be tailored to PPT for the right applicant. The role involves working with the MG coaching team across multiple competitive squads and is currently approx 10-18 hours per week. Staff development is heavily subsidised and encouraged, with ongoing opportunities within the centre. There would be an opportunity to expand working hours across our programs if desired.

ABOUT THE ROLE...

- Coaching competitive Men's Gymnastics athletes across various levels
- Developing and implementing lesson plans and training programs
- Supporting athletes to achieve their individual development and competition goals
- Maintaining a safe, positive and inclusive training environment
- Providing constructive and professional feedback to athletes and parents




- Working collaboratively with the Men's Gymnastics coaching team
- Assisting at competitions, events and club activities as required

ABOUT YOU...

- Minimum 2 years' experience coaching Competitive Men's Gymnastics
- Current Gymnastics Australia Intermediate or Advanced Men's Gymnastics Coach Accreditation
- Experience with lesson planning and athlete development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, energetic and skilled approach to coaching
- Current Working With Children Check
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Current CPR Certificate
